Welcome to the Ink.Stamp.Share Showcase Blog Hop!

If you have arrived here from Sue's blog, a very warm welcome to you!

There is no theme today - although you'll find we have all used products from the Annual, Beginners, Mini or Sale-a-Bration catalogues.

Alternatively, you can click each name under the Roll Call to check out all of the amazing projects!

I have created this fun fold birthday card for our hop today but I cannot remember for the life of me what it is called - answers in the comments please!

I'm afraid I don't have any instructions. Having seen one or two of these style cards, I kind of winged it.

I have used the gorgeous Paper Blooms DSP which you can select for free with every £45 you spend (excluding P&P).

I've also used the In Colour 2019 - 2021 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper. The spotty pattern was just the perfect background for the flowers.

Both Seaside Spray and Rococo Rose are in the 2019 - 2021 In Colours, these colours paired with Night of Navy is a colour combination that I really love.

I LOVE these colours, especially Seaside Spray - I'm so sad we only have a few more months left before they retire at the end of April. Don't forget to buy the ink pads and the reinkers before they sell out!

Fussy cutting these flowers from the Paper Blooms patterned paper was really easy. I put on a good boxset and started to work on a 6" x 12" piece of DSP.

I love playing around with combinations and having choice. I also like to find ways to use flowers that might not be whole, tucking them behind larger flowers.

The Seaside Spray card has a less busy layout than the Rococo Rose card. If I had to choose a favourite, it would be that one as I naturally the prefer less is more look.

Thank you so much for visiting my blog - I hope you enjoyed my project today! You can sign up to receive my future blog posts by email by clicking here

  5. Hi-
Kim didn't fussy cut the flowers, she used the In Bloom die set! The dies are gorgeous and perfectly match the DSP.
