Stampin' for Christmas Blog Hop!

Saturday 8 May 2021 United Kingdom

We are back with the Stampin' for Christmas blog hop, bringing you ideas for your Christmas papercraft projects, once a month for the rest of this year!

It's 231 days until Christmas however, if you are a planner or simply love creating Christmas cards like I do, there is absolutely nothing wrong with crafting for Christmas all year round.

You'll find inspiration here today from papercrafters and demonstrators with a common love for all things Stampin' Up!

If you have arrived from Annette's blog or if you are a regular subscriber, I am thrilled that you have stopped by - welcome to my blog!

This is my third blog hop in as many days and I am continuing with my style of keeping it simple with some more #simplestamping with the Snowflakes Wishes stamp set from Stampin' Up!

I randomly stamped snowflakes on a piece of Basic White cardstock, overlapping and leaving only small areas of white spaces.

I used the colours Misty Moonlight, Balmy Blue, Highland Heather and Gorgeous Grape, which are very similar colours to the suite that was in last years Mini Catalogue.

I stamped the sentiment in Versamark on Vellum cardstock and heat embossed it in white.

When I placed it over the stamped background, I felt it wasn't prominent enough so I adhered a piece of Basic White cardstock to the background and then wrapped the vellum around before adhering it to my Highland Heather cardbase.

For my final touches I have added some Opal Rounds - they have a subtle iridescent sparkle to them

Thank you so much for visiting my blog - I hope you enjoyed my project today!
