I am sharing today a card I made months ago that I didn't get round to sharing at the time - no idea why but by the time I realised, the annual catalogue and this card contains one retired item.

I was planning on making a brand new card but the weekend just slipped away from me.

One of the products I have used has retired - the 2021 - 2023 In Colour Shimmer Vellum. I've used the Scalloped Countour dies to die cut the vellum border.

The great thing is that you can almost always substitute retired items with current products, in this case you could easily substitue it with Soft Succulent cardstock.

The flower centre piece has been die cut from the Snowy White Velvet sheets using the Artistic dies - whilst it is white on white, the different texture allows it to stand out from the background.

The sentiment is from the Inspired Thoughts stamp set, I've heat embossed the phrase 'Thank you so much' in white onto a piece of Basic Black cardstock and have die cut using the Stitched Rectangle dies.

A final scattering of Rhinetone Basic Jewels finished the card.
