By purchasing any tutorials I offer on www.handmadebykim.co.uk, you are accepting these terms and conditions.  

These terms and conditions clearly define what you can and can't do following your purchase of a written or video tutorial and supporting documentation from www.handmadebykim.co.uk. 


You MAY use the tutorial(s) and document(s) you have purchased from www.handmadebykim.co.uk for the following reasons:


  • to create the project for personal use to keep or to gift
  • to create singles or multiples of the project to sell at craft fairs and craft shops in it's completed form
  • to assist you in creating your own tutorial material - hard copy or electronic - for teaching to others at an 'in person' craft class or workshop
  • to create an identical project or project with the same structural measurements for the purpose of sharing images on social media or websites.



You SHOULD:

  • credit www.handmadebykim.co.uk if using what you have learnt from the tutorial to teach at a class or workshop, or when sharing images on social media or website
  • direct anyone asking for video instructions to my website tutorial page www.handmadebykim.co.uk/p/tutorials-kits.html



You MAY NOT use the tutorial(s) and document(s) you have purchased from www.handmadebykim.co.uk for the following reasons:

  • to sell a project with the same structural measurements and/or decorative design online via electronic delivery methods or any social media platforms or websites. This list is not exhaustive - blogs, email, newsletters, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram and Twitter. This also includes but is not limited to video calling platforms such as Skype, Zoom or Facebook Rooms
  • to film your own video tutorial to provide this class online for free or at a cost
  • share or distribute the .pdf document provided - electronically or via hard copy
  • intentionally or accidentally share or distribute the video tutorial link provided - verbally, electronically or via hard copy. This includes adding the tutorial link to a public video playlist
