Thank you for joining us on another Pinkies Blog Hop! We're showcasing lots of gorgeous
projects using products from the new Stampin' Up!® Annual Catalogue. Simply use the buttons at the end of each post to keep hopping!

Welcome to my blog! I hope you find some ideas here today to inspire you to get crafty and make something lovely. Wasn't Anna's project fabulous?

If there's one thing that's on everyone's wish list from the new Stampin' Up!® Annual Catalogue, its got to be the new Baby Bear stamp set.

If I am honest with you, I wasn't going to buy it as I didn't think I would like it. So I challenged myself to buy it, stamp with it and make a card that was true to my personal style.

This stamp set is a triple step stamp set and as its photopolymer, you can see exactly where you are stamping to ensure the 3 layers are positioned exactly right. It's so easy and I love the detail and variety of looks achieved by using the 3 stamps and different colour ink.

I couldn't decide which stamp to use first (i.e. the first or last stamp in the set). After I'd stamped my first two layers I decided I really liked how it looked and didn't stamp the 3rd layer (the bottom left image above). I've used Sahara Sand and Crumb Cake ink.

I made my card base from Kraft cardstock and added a layer of patterned pattern from the new Serene Scenery DSP stack.

I then cut and separated the new Burlap Ribbon into individual threads and tied a bow for the front of the card.

For the inside of the card I added a panel of the same DSP to the bottom of the card and stamped the sentiment Welcome to the world! in Mint Macaron ink.

I hope you've enjoyed looking at my project today! If you would like to be notified of new blog posts and would like to receive my newsletter there are two sections on the left handside of my blog that you will need to complete.
