CAS(E) this Sketch - Challenge #375 - Flowers for Every Season handmade card

Tuesday 9 June 2020 Bridgwater, UK

Today on my blog I am featuring a card I have entered in a sketch challenge set by a design team who run a website called CAS(E) this Sketch

CASE stands for many things in the crafting community - 'copy and share everything' or 'copy and selectively edit' and in this case 'clean and simple'.

Clean and simple cards are my FAVOURITE!

Just below is the card outline I had to follow for this sketch challenge.

Sketches are a great inspiration as they encourage you to step away from your usual formats. This one isn't too far away from what I like to create so I'm looking forward to seeing which other sketches they come up with in the coming weeks!

I'm currently working with limited products (while I'm waiting for my delivery of new products from the new Stampin' Up! Annual Catalogue arriving on Wednesday!), so I've used the Flowers for Every Season patterned paper again, however, this time I have used a new pattern which is completely different to the pattern I used in the cards I posted in the last two blog posts!

This pattern is very bright and colourful, I think it looks quite striking against the white background and with the sentiment heat embossed onto black cardstock.

The Flowers for Every Season DSP contains 48 sheets of 6" x 6" patterned paper: You get 4 each of 12 double-sided designs. You can purchase this paper from my online shop by clicking here.

I hope you enjoyed seeing my project today, to view all of the cards entered into this challenge, click here
