Better late then never - here are my True Love DSP fancy fold cards! You'll find the measurements and tutorial towards the end of this post.

I made these cards about 2 months ago but I held off sharing them as I wanted to film a tutorial and knew I had some time off work so I filmed the tutorial over the Easter weekend, more than a month ago! I can't believe it's taken me this long to get the tutorial edited and ready to share.

I absolutely adore the True Love patterned paper and need to get a spare pack ordered before it retires on 30th June 2021.

I love the black and white monochrome mix of striking patterns and floral designs.

I fussy cut the flower centre piece from the DSP. It's gorgeous and just screaming to be coloured in - but I chose to keep everything black and white for this card.

I've used a different combination of patterned papers for each card.

My original four cards either have a predominantly white background or black background.

I spent some time deliberating which patterns to combine together - it's totally worth doing this, if you don't put the patterns side by side you'll never know how it is going to look.

Inside the card I've added a Basic Black die cut from the Stitched So Sweetly dies.

The sentiment 'Happy Mail' from the Pretty Perennials stamp set has been heat embossed in white.

I've added a Basic White panel on the back as a space to write your message using the Stitched So Sweetly dies.

If you would like to learn how to make this style card you can watch my YouTube tutorial. I've included the measurements below but I would encourage you to watch the video first to see how the card base is cut.

  3. Very striking - it takes strength to overcome the need to add some color - they worked out very well
