I am celebrating a milestone today!
Thank you to all my subscribers and followers as you have helped me reach 500,000 views on my blog Handmade by Kim!
I started this papercraft blog way back in 2014... having blogged regularly for a few years, joining blog hops and entering into papercraft challenges, I took a longer than planned break from both crafting and blogging when life got a bit busy. I stopped blogging in 2017 and then restarted my blog in 2020 and haven't stopped since.

Welcome to the Ink.Stamp.Share Blog Hop!
The theme today is Fun Folds and we have lot's of great projects to share with you
I love how by changing the theme and colours you have a completely different card. I can't wait to show you my next one which is my favourite so far!
Whilst I enjoy creating fun fold cards, I don't create them that often as I am short for time and know that I need to follow instructions. This has got to be one of the easiest folds I've created and will certainly be a go to fold for when I want to create a special card for friends and family.

Today I will be at an in person event run by my upline Michelle Last, for her team of Stampin' Up! demonstrators called the Pinkies.
I decided to join the swap group as I LOVE to swap and receive swaps from fellow demos.
I'm swapping with 9 other people so I will have one left over, I wonder which colour it will be?
I created this fun fancy fold card for my swap using the 2021-2023 In Colours and the Flowing Flowers stamp set
I have limited free time at the moment so I had to be super organised and create the design one weekend, then the weekend after I prepared all of the elements (cardstock, DSP, stamping, ribbon) and then last weekend I assembled them.
A few days ago I shared my prototype of this card format. It was going to be my swap but then I ran out of Pool Party Ribbon and needed a new plan.
I had to get creative and look at my crafty stash and create a brand new design and this is what I came up - a monochrome card created with the 2021-2023 In Colours!
Pale Papaya
Polished Pink
Fresh Freesia
Soft Succulent
Evening Evergreen
I am so happy we have these colours for another year!
I think all five colours are lovely (Pale Papaya is definitely growing on me!). They look great on their own and also look amazing together.
I usually create a fancy fold card for my swap. I like to make something a bit more complex, I always provide the dimensions so the recipients can at least utilise the design, if not inspired by the look/design.
I watched various YouTube tutorials for the basic design and then resized it to fit a UK card base. I was going to do a video but I haven't had a chance - do let me know in the comments if you would like a tutorial and I will see what I can do.
Now to find my swap bag - it's been a while....
Thank you so much for visiting my blog - I hope you enjoyed my project today!
