Welcome to the Ink.Stamp.Share Showcase Blog Hop!

If you have arrived here from Sue's blog, a very warm welcome to you!

There is no theme today - although you'll find we have all used products from the Stampin' Up! Annual, Mini or Sale-a-Bration catalogues. You can check out all of the current catalogues here.

Today I am sharing thank you cards I've created for customers who shopped with me in December and January.

I've created these using my favourite bundle Rainbows of Happiness Bundle ❤ from Stampin' Up!

You can buy the Rainbows of Happiness stamp set and Brilliant Rainbow dies as a bundle with 10% discount from my online shop here for £41.25.

To create these cards I've also used the coordinating patterned paper - the wonderfully bright Sunshine & Rainbows DSP that is only available for a few more weeks until Sale-A-Bration ends on 28th February (or until stocks last).

To get your hands on this fab paper for free, you will need to place a qualifying order of £45 plus shipping.

You could choose the Rainbow of Happiness bundle and then find something else to add to your basket for £3.75 or more to make your order up to £45. I'd recommend the Mother of Pearl Specialty cardstock which costs £5.50. I've used this for the clouds on my card - you can check out the close up images of the clouds further down this page.

The colours within this pack are: Bermuda Bay, Flirty Flamingo, Granny Apple Green, Magenta Madness, Mango Melody, Misty Moonlight, Petal Pink, Pool Party, Soft Sea Foam, So Saffron.

I used different colour cardstock for each cardbase and hand stamped sentiment - I love colour coordinating and working with different combinations.

I've used (from left to right) Misty Moonlight, Pool Party, Blushing Bride and Polished Pink. The last two colours aren't featured in the DSP but I think they still coordinate well.

My card design is really simple (my favourite style). I've cut a piece of DSP to fit the front and die cut a shape from the Scalloped Contours dies from Basic White cardstock.

I've stamped the sentiment 'Sending a card instead of a text' from the Flowing Flowers stamp set in Misty Moonlight ink. I really love this sentiment - there's nothing wrong with a text or a message, but there's nothing quite like receiving a handmade card in the post that you are not expecting.

The rainbows have been die cut from Polished Pink, Pool Party and Mango Melody cardstock (this might have been the first time I've used Mango Melody...)

You can see in the image below the gorgeous Mother of Pearl Specialty cardstock that I've used for the clouds. I didn't want to add any embellishments to this card so this little bit of subtle of sparkle is just what it needed.

I've had such fun creating cards with this set, there are so many different rainbows you can create!

Come back here on Monday at 4pm UK time to see another rainbow card I've created or click here to see all of the card's I've created so far.

Thank you so much for visiting my blog - I hope you enjoyed my project today!

Now it's time to check out the other projects from this wonderful group of papercrafts and Stampin' Up! demonstrators.
